The short version
I help European value retailers and importers get non-food hard goods from idea to shelf.
As an independent interim commercial and operational lead, I take on sourcing, operations and account management as a single point of ownership. For more than ten years I have built private label programmes, from first brief to delivered product, at Dresz International and Troy Companies. Private label, licensed and make-to-order.

Operations & Supply Chain
Control of the chain between factory and shelf. Purchase orders, critical path and delivery, owned end to end. Quality, certification and EU compliance held through accredited testing labs and Amfori BSCI and BEPI. Without surprises.

Working smarter with AI across sourcing and operations. Product specs, order briefings, supplier comparisons and compliance paperwork sorted faster, with tools I use myself every day. Less manual work, more control.
